Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been dispatched and are not custom-made or personalized. Once an order has been shipped or prepared for dispatch, we will be unable to cancel it.

  1. How do I request a cancellation?

To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8754223802 or email houseofamaari@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll review your request and assist you accordingly.

  1. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered only in cases of damaged or incorrect products, and only if a complete unboxing video is provided showing the product clearly from the moment the package is opened.

Without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to process any refund or replacement request.

  1. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please share the complete unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.

  1. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

  1. Are sale or discounted items eligible for refund or cancellation?

No, sale, discounted, or custom-made products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
